How do I get all the release information to Electric Love Records?

The Artist Release Form is the fastest and most efficient way to send release information.

Will I be issued a release agreement for my release?

Yes, all release agreements need to be signed prior to uploading to our distributor.

Will my release connect to all my already created artist profiles? Beatport, Spotify etc..

We connect all your artist accounts when we upload the release to our distributor.

When will Electric Love Records start promoting my release?

Exactly one week prior to the release date, that’s when the release will be available for pre-orders.

Will my release have a custom video to help promote?

Yes, all releases include 2 videos. One teaser and one full length.

What stores will my release be available on?

Can I make my own additional promo material for the release?

We would rather you use the branded material we provide.

Do I get any input on the design aspect of the artwork?

Yes, all artists have the opportunity to give suggestions on the artwork via the Artist Release Form

I already have artwork started for this release, are we able to incorporate it?

Yes, this is a possibility as long as it aligns with our values.

Does Electric Love Records use record pools for promotions?

Yes, we are currently partnered with DigitalDJPool. All releases are uploaded 2 weeks prior to the release date. Each artist will receive a stats sheet to see what radio stations & nightclubs were picked up for airplay.

When will my release be uploaded to Electric Love Records Soundcloud account?

We typically upload 5 days prior to release.

Do you ToneDen for upcoming releases?

Yes, we will provide a ToneDen link for each release once it’s available for pre-orders (about 1 week prior to release).

When will my release be available for pre-orders?

We currently have it set to 1 week prior to the release date.

How many social posts will Electric Love Records do on my behalf?

This depends on if the release hits the charts although all releases will have a minimum of 3 posts on all our socials channels. If it does hit the charts we will post additional screenshots for added promotion.
